With over 20 years’ of experience helping leading organisations overcome various business challenges, Paula understands the challenges that companies face in delivering a consistent brand experience and the impact this has on their bottom line. An analytical thinker that strives to solve business problems with innovative solutions, Paula believes that technology plays a major role in solving critical business and branding challenges. As such, she established BrandQuantum to help businesses overcome their branding challenges in the digital age. Prior to this she established and ran an award-winning branding agency.


Andrew is a qualified Clinical Psychologist and has worked for more than two decades in the fields of Employee Assistance, Risk Management and Management Consulting. He has a wealth of experience in the private, public and government sectors where he has worked with business leaders to help them understand and manage both personal and organisational risk. Andrew is currently the CEO of AXA ICAS International, one of the world’s largest providers of employee health and we​llness programmes. He is the chairperson of BrandQuantum, a member of the Institute of Directors and he holds directorships on the boards of several multinational health organisations.

Simon is an award-winning software developer who prides himself on developing software solutions that address business challenges. He wrote his first program at the age of 15 for Group 5 before winning an Entrepreneur Award for a remote camera control application he developed. Simon gained extensive experience working in both software services and products both locally and abroad and has been published in several US technical publications. He established his own software development company at the age of 23 and has since then developed solutions for various organisations including JD Group, Sasol and Nedbank. He is currently the head of development and an executive director at BrandQuantum.


Dr Catherine Pakdoust is a medical doctor with a special interest in hair restoration. She boasts over 12 years’ experience in FUE hair transplant surgery and often lectures and talks on medical procedures in South Africa and Miami, USA. Catherine holds an MBA, which she obtained from Henley Business School, and recently produced Outpatients, an International reality programme that showcases her performing life-changing aesthetic procedures on patients. She is passionate about improving the health and quality of life for children across Africa. Catherine currently serves on the board of Campaigning for Cancer, BrandQuantum and AAMSSA and supports Project Restore.
